“The unexamined life is not worth living” is a saying attributed to the ancient philosopher Socrates; and it still challenges us to look into ourselves to understand what makes us tick. Our beliefs; purpose in life; and interactions all come from the internal assumptions we call worldviews. Our worldview affects how we engage with religion; politics; relationships; finances; and even diet. There is no aspect of our lives that is untouched by the lens of our worldview. And; unfortunately; religion itself is no antidote for having a faulty worldview. In Living With the Mind of Jesus; the authors take us on a profoundly enriching journey that will help us understand the strength of the Christ-centered worldview; as well as how worldview can change and how to shape the worldview of our children.
