Hulled Millet 1kg


Add one cup of millet to two cups of boiling water. Simmer for 25-30 minutes. You can pre-soak millet to shorten the cooking time to 5-10 minutes; or pressure cook it for 10 minutes once full pressure is reached. Cooked millet is good in casseroles; milti-grain bread; crackers; stews; souffle and stuffing.
