The authors; Jeffrey and Pattiejean Brown…Jeffrey Brown; an ordained minister; and his wife; Pattiejean; a behavioural scientist; have specialized in family life education and counselling. Together they have conducted relationship seminars in Europe; Africa; North America and the Caribbean; and co-authored the books The Total Marriage and A Guide to Parenting. Jeffrey; who is Director of the Bradford Cleveland Brooks Leadership Centre at Oakwood University in Huntsville; Alabama; is also the author of Single and Gifted. Pattiejean is the author of What On Earth Am I Doing? Leadership Lessons for Clergy Spouses.
